Emporium Policy

Emporium Policy

1. Rs. 5,000 will be charged for Free designing which will be adjusted against your Stile Tiles order placement.

2. Any order which is less than 5 boxes, to be collected from emporium. Order has to be picked within 3 working days, by customer. After 7 working days, order will be cancelled and refund will be made with the deduction of 25%.

3. Company will provide delivery of Stile Products only at the ground floor up to the place where vehicle access is available. Beyond this point, any delivery / Stock Transferring arrangement between customer and driver or labor, is not Company’s responsibility.

4. Breakage needs to be checked at the time of delivery. Company will not accept any claim of breakages where box is found open.

5. Company will not consider any type of compensation of breakage/short supply quantities, if not mentioned on delivery challan at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery at your site (within city i.e. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad), will be made within next 2 working days from the day of order. For urgent deliveries within 1 working day, extra charges will be applied.

7. Delivery in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Wah Cantt & Peshawar will be made within next 3 working days from the day of order.

8. For delivery outside from those cities where company’s operated outlets are not available, additional charges will be applicable. Material will be delivered within 7 working days.

9. Stile shall not be liable for any delivery delay due to the occurrence and/or impact of force majeure event(s) such as fire, flood, earthquake, strike, and lock out, civil unrest and other.

10. Stile does not recommend any Mason/Tile fixer and we do not have any Mason/Tile fixer on our panel.

11. All transactions will be made in PAK rupees.

12. Open/Broken & Wet Tiles Box will not be returned/claimed.

13. In case of preference change or return of excess quantity, customer has to come within 15 days, the request will be processed with the deduction of 25%.

14. Variation in shade & size are natural feature of Porcelain/Ceramics products.

15. Before fixing Tiles, spread them out on the floor and inspect them to ensure there are no color or size variations within the same box or same tone.

16. Company will not be responsible for any issue related to Stile products after installation.

17. After one month of delivery of STILE products, no complaint relating to the supplies will be entertained.

18. Any refund will be paid within period of 15 days from the date of receipt of refund request through cross cheque only, in the name of customer.

19. All time Barred refund cheque will not be entertained.
